This all-inclusive retreat includes:

• Full Resort-style Accommodations

• Access to the full property, including Luxury Pool & Pickleball Court

• Light, healthy daily meals provided

• Somatic Yoga - emphasizes mindful movements that help individuals tune into their internal awareness and physical and emotional body experiences. The focus is on quality of movement and awareness to encourage stress release and relaxation.

• Sound Healing - a deeply nourishing practice of receiving a sound bath of vibrations from various instruments designed to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sound healing can reduce stress, enhance sleep quality, improve emotional well-being, balance energy and boost creativity.

• Energy Healing/Reiki  - promotes healing and balance by clearing energetic blockages and enhancing the flow of the body’s energy. Its benefits support emotional release, strengthen connection with self and enhance mental clarity and focus.

• Meditation - a mindfulness practice offering a wide range of benefits for mental, emotional, and physical well-being including emotional stability, positive outlook, increased empathy and compassion, self-awareness and reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression.

• Ecstatic Dance - integrates movement with emotional expression and can play a significant role in holistic health. Enhances mood, boosts self-esteem and confidence, promotes personal growth, mindfulness, and stimulates creativity with mind-body connection.

An optional, individual menu of personal wellness services will be available with an add-on price, i.e.massage, acupuncture, reiki, tarot / oracle reading, chakra facial, essential oil and yoga consult, etc.  Reservations for these services will open up to registered participants at a later date.

Various options for accommodations can be found below.  You will be placed in casitas/villas with other participants.
